Mallam Ahmed El -Rufai, who hails from Ekperi Kingdom in Etsako Central local government area has developed a large and generous heart, political astuteness and uncommon intellect to accommodate diverse views.
Thought not born with a silver spoon, he has been able to carve a niche for himself through hardwork and Commitment to whatever he is doing.
Being a man of faith, Mallam Salihu El-Rufai’s courageous and doggedness in the defense of the less Privileged and the downtrodden would remain remarkable in the annals of the state.
His popularity cuts across the political divides and his chains of loyalists cut across all strata of the society.
There is no doubt that Mallam Ahmed El-Rufai’ is an icon of democracy and one of those who struggled to enthrone democratic governance in Edo state.
His exemplary leadership style has been a source of many ranging from being Chairman of Etsako Central Mass Transit, former Supervisory Councillor in the local government.
His steadfastness in walking the democratic path has indeed, distinguished him as a leader with substance and value.
