The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo State has been thrown in total disarray following the news of the resignation of a Chieftain of the party in the area, Chief (Dr) Augustine Ojieizele.
Ojiezele’s resignation letter dated June 19th, 2023 which was addressed to the PDP Ward 10 Chairman has caused a lot of reactions among party leaders and well meaning PPD faithfuls.
The former PDP Chieftain, Chief (Dr) Augustine Ojieizele in his resignation letter stated that his decision to exit the party was personal, maintaining that, he believed that his political interest and that of his followers will be well protected and respected in other political party rather than the PDP.
Chief (Dr) Augustine Ojieizele while wishing his former ward executives well, also expressed confidence that tomorrow is bright for him and his followers.
