The Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Awka, Anambra State has dismissed the petition filed by Senator Stella Oduah against the election of Dr Tony Nwoye as senator representing Anambra North Senatorial District.
GWG.ng reports that Dr Nwoye who flew the ticket of the Labour Party in the February 25, 2023 National Assembly election polled 94,779 votes putting the incumbent, Senator Oduah who flew the ticket of the PDP in the second place at 50,146 and former First Lady Obiano who was the candidate of APGA at third place 48,212
