BREAKING: Tinubu Makes Another Fresh Appointment

President Bola Tinubu has nominated Olayinka Oladunjoye to serve as the Federal Commissioner representing Lagos State in the National Population Commission (N.P.C.).

 

The President made this known in a letter written to the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, which was read during a short plenary on Thursday.

Oladunjoye is known for her extensive experience and dedication to public service.

Her nomination to the N.P.C. is seen as a testament to her outstanding track record in various government roles.

She rose to the level of a C.E.O./Executive Director of an Insurance firm until she was appointed the Honorable Commissioner for Education, Lagos State, during the second term in office of Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola, and also served in the position under the Akinwunmi Ambodee administration.

She is an Associate, Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACCI London) 1994. Chartered Insurer, Chartered Insurance Institute of London [ACCIILondon] 1996. Associate, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria(CIIN) 1997. Member, Nigerian Bar Association (N.B.A.) 1999 and Associate, Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (ACIB) 2004.

She has also won distinguished awards such as the University of Lagos Scholarship & Bursary award [1982] and the Award of Excellence by the Lagos State Government (1995).
