The Edo State Commissioner for Education,Dr Paddy Iyamu has praised the Edo state local government chairmen who transitioned from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He characterized this shift as a pivotal step toward fostering positive change within the state.
Dr. Iyamu emphasized that the defection aligns with Governor Monday Okpebholo’s steadfast commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy to the residents of Edo State. He expressed optimism that this move will significantly enhance governance and increase collaboration in local governments.
