A Panel set up by the judiciary services Commission (JSC) Thursday barred Journalists and some lawyers from attending it’s sitting.
The panel headed by Magistrate U.N.O Nweze, was set up to query a chief Magistrate, Chinedu Agama, for the case concerning the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,he presided over.
There has been supremacy battle between two factions of PDP, barr. Onyekach Nwebonyi SWC and Elder Fred Udeogu caretaker committee.
Federal High court Abuja had given a ruling upholding the dissolution of Nwebonyi’s faction which led to the youth leader of Udeogu’s faction, Obinna Iteshi and some other youths attempting to take over the party secretariat in Abakaliki.
