Edo Guber: APC Storms Ugoneki For Ward-to-Ward Campaign

In a show of political might, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has continued its ward-to-ward campaign in Uhunmwode Local Government Area of Edo State. The campaign, led by the Director-General, Senator Mathew Uroghide, aims to rally support for the party’s candidates ahead of the upcoming elections.

“We have carefully selected candidates with proven capacity to deliver for the people of Edo,” said Senator Uroghide. Echoing similar sentiments, Samson Osagie urged the people of Ugoneki to vote for the APC, while Billy Osawaru promised to address their concerns.

Dr. David Osifo, a former commissioner for health, criticized the incumbent administration for neglecting the designs he had proposed during his tenure. Engr. Osazee Imasogie, the APC leader in Uhunmwode, touted his integrity and assured the people that the election would be a one-way affair.

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, lambasted the incumbent governor for making false claims about his ties to Uhunmwode and for failing to deliver on his promises. He introduced the party’s candidates, Senator Monday Okpebholo and Hon. Dennis Idahosa, as “workaholic” leaders who would transform the state.

Former Governor Adams Oshiomhole, a key figure in the APC, urged the people to vote for the party, highlighting his own contributions to the development of Ugoneki and promising that the new APC government would continue the transformation of Edo State.
