Edo south senatorial hopeful under the platform of All Progressive Congress [APC], Hon Valentine Asuen has distributed foodstuffs to Children in Orphanages in benin city
The CEO of DVD Oil and Gas who was in company of his wife, Belinda Asuen, Children and other friends, presented food items such as packets of instant noodles, Yams, rice, peak milk, Note books, beverages among others…to the motherless homes.
He particularly lauded the Orphanages for taken care of the Children’s Home, saying that the food items distributed would also go a long way to assist them in taking care of the motherless children in the facility so that the society would be better for it.
The event was designed to celebrate with the motherless children at the Children’s Home to identify with them and give them a sense of belonging.
Receiving the food items, the various Head of the Orphanage visited appreciated the Asuen for his philanthropic gesture and prayed God to continue to bless him and his family.
They said the children would forever be grateful to him for his kind gesture.
The Orphanage visited are,
Oronsaye Orphanage, Iwinosa Orphanage, Our Mummy Orphanage, Salvation Army orphanage And the street beggars at holy Cross along Mission road, Benin city
