The General Manager of the Edo Signage and Advertisement Agency (EDSAA), Aiguobasimwin Osayanmon Divine, has extended warm congratulations to His Excellency, the former Deputy Governor of Edo State, Rt. Hon. Pius Odubu, on his birthday.
