Chelsea winger, Hakim Ziyech will join AC Milan this summer.
The Blues are concluding plans to sell the Moroccan winger as they look to offload him.
The Blues have been linked to the likes of Raphinha and Raheem Sterling.
AC Milan appears the likely destination for Ziyech at this stage according to Italian transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
Romano tweeted: “AC Milan and Chelsea will be in direct contact again for Hakim Ziyech deal. Negotiations started two weeks ago and are still ongoing to agree on the final formula.
“Tuchel, open to let Ziyech go – while player’d be happy to join Milan this summer. Work in progress.”
