Former West Ham defender, Anton Ferdinand has told the club to sign Tammy Abraham from Roma this summer.

Abraham left Chelsea last summer and linked up with former Blues boss, Jose Mourinho at Roma.

The England international went to score over 20 goals in his first season in Italian football.

This has called the attention of many top European clubs towards the 24-year-old with Arsenal, Juventus and Tottenham all linked to the striker.

“I’d like to go and get Tammy Abraham. I think we’re at that level where we can go and get him and I’d like to see that,” Ferdinand told talkSPORT.

“Let’s get someone of that ilk. I think we’ve got the appetite and backing to go and get someone like that
