Former permanent secretary in the ministry of agriculture and rural development and former Edo APC governorship aspirant, Ernest Afolabi Umakhikhe, has felicitated with Edo State House of Assembly Minority Leader and member representing Owan East Constituency, Hon. Barr. Eric Allison Okaka, on his 54th birthday.
