Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has officially appointed Pastor Frank Omobude as the new Chairman of the Edo State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, starting January 10, 2025. The announcement was made in a statement issued by Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq., Secretary to the State Government.
Pastor Omobude, who currently serves as a pastor at Christ embassy, will brings his extensive experience and spiritual leadership to his new role. The appointment is accompanied by a remuneration package in accordance with the existing regulations of the Edo State Public Service.
In the statement, Ikhilor extended heartfelt congratulations to Pastor Omobude, emphasizing the significance of his new role in the welfare and organization of Christian pilgrimages in the state.
As Chairman, Pastor Omobude will work to enhance the spiritual engagement of Christians in Edo State through organized pilgrimage activities.
