A 46-year-old suspected serial rapist and armed robber, Shinna Adaramola has confessed to have raped over 50 women and Robbed 100 houses in Ondo state.
Shinna Adaramola, a bricklayer made the confession after being arrested by men of the southwest Security Network code named Amotekun in the state.
It was gathered that the suspect, who confessed to operating with charms was arrested by the Corps during their ‘Operation Clean Up’ exercise.
The suspect said:
“I live in Ijare (in Ifedore local Govt area), I had a fiancé who left me for another man few days to our wedding. I became broke and frustrated and that was why I got involved in armed robbery which became lucrative for me.”
“Whenever there is a party, I pretend to be one of the organisers. I have a special wine opener which I use to open wines only for rich people in the party. With that, I get my victims.”
Adaramola further confessed that, he usually place surveillance on his victims homes and study their movements before robbing them, adding that he sometimes used voodoo to get them.
“I have been involved to this act for a long time since I lost everything and my landlord chased me out of his house, and any fiancé said I was not good for her anymore.” he added.
“Whenever I want to rape any woman, I always make sure I operate at night and the woman will fall for me after using charms on them. I make sure I cover the women faces while in the act.”
Another suspect arrested, Alade Titobi, a 28-year-old bricklayer, was caught stealing building materials of houses where he worked.
In his confession statement, Titobi said he goes home with people’s building materials that were meant to build the house.
“I always make sure I go home with one building material every day. I have been on this act for over six years. But at this time luck ran out on me.
Speaking on the suspects, Amotekun Commander, Adetunji Adeleye said the bricklayer was caught in the act in Owo.
