In a display of his commitment to the people of Edo State, the APC gubernatorial candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has commissioned a borehole project in Iruekpen, Esan West Local Government Area.
Speaking at the event, Okpebholo was accompanied by the former Edo State Governor and APC leader, Adams Oshiomhole, who praised the candidate’s strong connection with the Esan people. Also in attendance were the APC deputy gubernatorial candidate, Hon. Dennis Idahosa, the Minister of Niger Delta, Hon. Abubakar Momoh, and other APC chieftains in the state.
Okpebholo emphasized that the commissioning of the Iruekpen borehole project is a fulfillment of his campaign promise to the people. He reiterated his commitment to bringing much-needed development and transformation to Edo State, pledging to prioritize the welfare of the citizens.
Oshiomhole, in his remarks, highlighted Okpebholo’s track record of delivering on his promises, stating that the APC candidate is a true Esan man who understands the needs of the people. The former governor expressed confidence in Okpebholo’s ability to lead Edo State to greater heights.
The people of Iruekpen expressed their gratitude to Okpebholo for keeping his word and providing them with access to clean water, a basic necessity that had been lacking in their community.
