The ward 10 leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has voided the purported suspension of Mr Vitalis Eshokene and Mr Henry Ekpemoriri from the Party.
The two party chieftains were purportedly suspended by the Ward 10 chairman of Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo state.
However, the leader of the ward, Hon Edward Imhanobe in a statement on Wednesday dismissed the actions of the Ward chairman and his cohorts in the local government.
He said, the purported suspension by the said Ward Chairman which borders on campaign funds, is null and void and of no effect, not being consistent with the provisions of the Constitution of the APC.
Hon Edward Imhanobe added that Mr Vitalis Eshokene has always stood firmly behind the APC and remains committed to building a stronger, better, and more united party in the ward.
