JUST IN: Ondo Guber Tribunal Shifts Judgment Date

The much anticipated judgment on the
case between Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of the APC and Eyitayo Jegede of the PDP at the Ondo state Election petition tribunal sitting in Akure will now be delivered on Tuesday, 20th April, Nigerian cable news online has reliably gathered.

Some of the counsel in the case who craved anonymity confirmed on Monday evening that the ruling has been brought forward to Tuesday.

The tribunal had on Friday last week in a notice made available to newsmen announced Wednesday, April 23 to deliver judgment.

Jegede is seeking the tribunal to declare him the winner of the October 10, 2020 governorship election in the state, which saw Akeredolu returning for a second term
