During a raid on their hideouts, an AK-47 Rifle and other dangerous weapons were recovered while a manhunt is ongoing to track down fleeing members.

Taraba State is now facing another wave of kidnap cases.

Hardly a day passes without a case of kidnapping either reported or not reported to security agents.

The recent case was the kidnap of Takum Local Government chairman whose orderly was killed by his abductors.

This new trend of insecurity has Governor Darius Ishaku worried and security agents are now doubling efforts to put the menace under control.

This has led to the latest arrest of these three suspects.

They are inter-border kidnappers operating in Adamawa and Taraba states.

Addressing a press conference in Jalingo, the Police Commissioner through the command’s image maker assured residents of their safety .

One of the kidnappers confessed to have been caught in the act while in the process of collecting ransom from a victim’s relative

Veteran singer, Charles Oputa, aka Charly Boy, has berated millionaire brothers, Kcee and Emeka Okonkwo, better known as E-Money for fraternizing with controversial Chairman of Lagos State Parks Management Committee, Musiliu ‘MC Oluomo’ Akinsanya.

DAILY POST reported that Kcee and E-Money recently hosted MC Oluomo in their Lagos mansion where they presented him drinks and cash while showering praises on him as “a great and powerful man”.

Reacting via his Twitter handle on Thursday, Charly Boy faulted the duo for paying homage to MC Oluomo who he said intimidated and instigated violence against Igbos in Lagos during the just-concluded elections.

Sharing the video of Kcee and E-Money meeting with MC Oluomo, he wrote, “MC Oluomo intimated Igbos in Lagos. Even led a campaign that resulted in physical assault on Igbos.

“But according to E-money, MC is a great and powerful man. @MairoEnoch

“Can someone help me understand this video we just watched? Am confused.”
