Nigeria’s 2016 Commonwealth fellow in Craniofacial orthodontics, Professor Idia Nibokun Ize-Iyamu will on Thursday this week, deliver the 262 edition of the University of Benin Inaugural lecture series.
The Magic of transformation “Blessed are ye that weep now for ye shall laugh” is the topic of the lecture which will be under the distinguished chairmanship of the University Vice Chancellor, Professor Lilian Salami.
Ize-Iyamu who is a professor of Orthodontics at the same University is a graduate of the University of Lagos where she obtained the Bachelors degree of Dental Surgery in 1992.
She has also been a fellow of both the World Federation of Orthodontics and the the West African College of Surgeons – Orthodontics since 2005.
Married to Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the mother is also a preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ with the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Benin City.
