Tinubu Finally Reacts To Atiku’s Mockery Of Choosing Dummy Running Mate

The All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has reacted to mockery statement of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

Recall Atiku had chide his opposition candidates especially from the APC, NNPP, and the LP over what he described as lack of clarity and inability to make decisions at a critical time to pick their permanent running mates.

He said picking running mates by candidates vying for any big office like the presidency is very important in a democracy.

“The office of the presidency needs someone who has the clarity to make decisions without hesitation.”

“In developed democratic countries, the process and picking of a running mate by a presidential candidate is a step to understanding the capacity of a candidate and his capability to do the job”

Tinubu reacting through his spokesman, Tunde Rahman, said it is pathetic for the PDP to utter such.

Rahman told BBC that the PDP ought to focus more on resolving its internal crisis.

“The PDP should pay attention to resolving their internal crisis, they failed to fulfill all their internal promises.”

“They should stop the propaganda campaign on Muslim-Muslim ticket, amongst others,” Tinubu’s spokesman said.

  1. Asiwaju is wright, such a childish statement shouldn’t have arose from a political party that have serious internal issues to deal with, especially at this crucial moment when a very important personality in the party has been betrayed (wike), and my advise for wike is to have political rethink in order to pass the test from his political party. They deliberately want to humiliate Wike out of his political stronghold’ South -Souuth’, and if Wike eventually allow them to still have 40percent from South- South that means his political ability has been defeated. APC power remain
