Two passengers have been killed in multiple accidents along Ipetu/Ilesha via Iwaraja of Osun State on Sunday.
The Nation gathered the accident, which occurred around 12:15 pm, involved three vehicles a commercial Toyota Hiace with registration number KNE181XA, Mazda car (LND649ES) and Toyota Corolla (JJJ465EF).
It was learnt one of the vehicles made a wrong overtaking, thereby colliding with the others.
Two passengers died on the spot, two others sustained injury and 12 escaped death.
The patrol team of the Federal Road Safety Corps(FRSC) visited the scene to attend to the victims and cleared the road.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of FRSC, Osun state command, Mrs Agnes Ogungbemi said: “The injured victims and corpse were taken to Wesley Hospital, Ilesa by the patrol team.”
