The Nigeria Police Force, FCT Command has confirmed the arrest of Peter Nwachukwu, husband of the late gospel music minister, Osinachi Nwachukwu.
Reports had it that Peter had a hand in the death of his wife.
Close sources had claimed that the late Osinachi suffered assaults at the hands of her husband.
It was reported that Osinachi slumped and collapsed after the husband kicked her in the chest.
She eventually died on Friday after being in coma for five days.

One of her sisters had confirmed in an interview that the lady had been advised to leave the marriage before now but she said it was unbiblical to abandon her home.
A police source said, “A young man who claimed to be a relative of the late woman came to report the matter at the station and the police went to arrest him at his residence.”
The FCT Police Public Relations Officer, Josephine Adeh, confirmed the development.
She said, “He is now in our custody. The younger brother of the deceased reported the matter and we have commenced investigation.”
