The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the September 21st, 2024 election, Distinguished Senator Monday Okpebholo, has sought the prayers and support of his community, Udomi in Irua, Esan Central local government area.
Besides, the APC candidate also met with the leaders of Okoughele community in Uromi to inform them of his governorship ambition and their blessings.
The meetings, held at Udomi Community Town Hall in Irua and Okoughele Town Hall in Uromi respectively. They were attended by traditional rulers, community leaders, youths, women, and opinion molders.
Senator Okpebholo told reporters that, “I am here in my village to meet with my people and inform them about my candidacy for the highest seat in Osadebey Avenue. The visit was also to solicit their prayers for the journey ahead as the candidate of my party. They prayed for me, and by the grace of God, we will achieve success on the 21st of September, 2024.”
The gatherings were marked by a spirit of unity and solidarity, with community members expressing their unwavering support for Senator Okpebholo’s gubernatorial aspirations.
