The President and Executive Committee Members of Benin Recreation Club felicitates with distinguished clubbers and Christians on the occasion of today’s Easter Celebration.
In a statement signed by the Club’s Public Relations Officer, Mr. Edoko Wilson Edoko urged all Nigerians to imbibe the teachings of Jesus Christ so as to eschew all forms of hate and bitterness.
While commending those who recognise, align and have supported Mr. Osayi Courage Osamuyi’s developmental strides as President financially and otherwise, the PRO appealed to Members to join hands with the current administration financially to be able to steer the ship of Benin Recreation Club to a steady path of collective growth so we can be prideful of our elite Club, he called on all members “to love ourselves and display inextinguishable spirit of tolerance and togetherness”.
Similarly, Edoko admonished Christians and Nigerians to emulate the priceless virtues of Jesus Christ as epitomized by his passion, persecution, death and resurrection during Easter.
