After captioning his son, who he allegedly was part of those that contributed to the criminal arrest, Joseph Oko, the father of a 20- year- old suspected ritual killer, has revealed certain details about his son’ s lifestyle that may have contributed to his son’ s alleged act.
During a recent interview with AIT News, Joseph provided additional details about his son’ s condition.

You may have heard of Moses Oko, a guy accused of killing Jennifer Anthony, a University of Jos 300- level student, for ceremonial purposes. Before the sad incident, Jennifer was rumored to be Moses’ girlfriend.
The suspect’ s family, on the other hand, claims that their son is mentally ill. During a recent interview, the suspect’ s father, a university instructor, addressed the problem.
Joseph Oko, speaking about his kid, said he assumed he was smoking ‘ weed’ because he smelled it all the time. He claimed that he approached him about the problem and that he informed him that it was preferable to smoking cigarettes.
The suspect’ s father believed it was his smoking habit of ” weed” that led to the sad incident of Jennifer’ s lifeless body, which was reportedly found at a hotel in Jos, along Zaria Road, while some of her body parts, including her eyes, were missing.
Catching the young criminal in a short while has shown a good impression towards the Plateau State Police Command, who has revealed how Moses Oko, the suspected killer of Jennifer Anthony, a 300- level student at the University of Jos, was apprehended.
When the suspect was introduced to journalists, the Command’ s Commissioner, Bartholomew Onyeka, gave the insight.
The command’ s headquarters in Jos hosted Oko’ s presentation on Wednesday.
The suspect, according to Onyeka, was apprehended in Benue State’ s Makurdi.
Following the horrible murder of Miss Jennifer Anthony, whose body was discovered mutilated on January 1 at Domus Pacis Guest House in Jos, allegedly by a young man named Moses Oko, the suspect, who is said to be her lover, escaped after committing the crime.
In order to apprehend the criminal, the command started an active manhunt and tactically traced him to Benue, where he was apprehended by command police officers.
The suspect would be arraigned at the conclusion of the investigation, according to the commissioner.
Onyeka praised his men’ s dedication and perseverance in securing the suspect’ s capture.
He reassured the state’ s citizens that the command has put in place procedures to safeguard the safety of lives and property at all times.
