Former Governor of Kano State, Senator Ibrahim Shekarau, has congratulated ex-President Goodluck Jonathan on his 66th birthday.
Shekarau, who served as Minister of Education, under the then Jonathan’s government, in a congratulatory message personally signed by him, said the former President’s birthday cannot elude him because of his impact.’
